Key Terms
- All orders will typically be fulfilled in a 24–48-hour period from when the order is placed.
- Refund & Cancellation:Should certain items be unavailable, we will ensure we deliver these as soon as we possibly can or issue a refund, as needed. This would be the case even if there are any quality related issues with any of the delivered items. For all made to order products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Pricing:All our prices are inclusive of all taxes.
- Quality:Should any of the items you order not be of acceptable quality, please do reach out to us and we will ensure we handle the situation in a timely, fair and responsive manner.
- Delivery Charges:
In Bangalore
- Any order with Order value above Rs 1500/- would not be charged any delivery fee. For Order Value less than Rs 1500/-, we charge a delivery fee of Rs 50/-
- You will only be charged for one delivery, irrespective of how many delivery runs we make to fulfill each of your orders. We expect to deliver each of your orders in one go. However, in certain cases we may require to make two delivery runs.
Outside Bangalore
- Shipping charges would be according to the total weight and delivery location.
